Delhi Riots: How Fear Turned These People Into “Night Watchers”

“When you are aware of the possibility of an attack at any time - you can’t sleep,” says Tarachand Mogha, a resident of Karawal Nagar who stays up all night to guard his lane. Fortunately, this lane in Northeast Delhi has been spared from the Delhi Riots 2020. However, a constant fear keeps him and many others awake in the nights, guarding their street and protecting their homes.
