Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said there is some election being held every year, and political parties are not willing to take decisions. Modi, while addressing Network 18's Think India Dialogue, said: "In the government this has a major impact. Decisions are put off, not taken in order to hold on to power....our systems work under political pressure as a result of which they don’t work well and faith is eroded in state mechanisms.” Read More
