Is India Really Open Defecation Free?

About 29 out of every 100 households in the villages of India do not have access to toilet, revealed a recent report by the National Statistical Office. The survey was conducted between July to December 2018. However, it contradicts PM Narendra Modi’s statement: Rural India is open defecation-free.
