States like Odisha are growing at 9% on the back of infrastructure upgradation, says Baijayant "Jay" Panda, Member of Parliament from Kendrapara, Odisha.

Panda, in a conversation with Manvi Sinha Dhillion of Ping, also spoke about the issues on land acquisition & environment concerns delaying infrastructure projects across the country.
