Dr. Gaddam Vivekanand, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) candidate from Peddappalli, Andhra Pradesh, says the first priority would be reopen the Fertiliser Corporation of India factory in the area. More than Rs 300 crore under the central and state Government schemes have been implemented in the area to boost education, Vivekanand added.
