Sharifuddin Shariq, National Conference candidate from Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir, says employment creation is possible only with the right Government policies. He adds that his immediate priority would be to ensure that the area gets a mobile hospital so that people staying in far-flung areas get access to quality healthcare.
