Mehr Kalra

Mehr Kalra is a former research associate and freelance consultant to the State and District Evolution Project. She has completed her Masters in Development from Azim Premji University and has previously interned with CPC Analytics, Aajeevika Bureau and the Netherlands-based WageIndicator Foundation.
